Our Logo

In our logo, we fully embrace the values and practices passed down by our ancestors, committing to honor those teachings with humility. The colors we chose are a reminder of our Pachamama—our connection to the land—the warm light gifted by Grandfather Sun, and the birth of life. We have respectfully incorporated the Q'anil, the Mayan symbol for seeds, as a reminder of our commitment as seed keepers, and a reflection that we all come in different shapes and colors, juts like the corn, and from all four directions. Finally, our name highlights the word "UNITY" within "COMMUNITY" as a constant reminder to build together and not against each other.
